Use the invite or add staff option if available for your store.

Enter the staff member's details and role or permissions.

Send the invitation.
Important notes
- Staff features can depend on plan, role, or enabled settings.
- Give each staff member only the permissions they need.
Common problems
- If Users is unavailable, your role may not allow staff management.
- If an invitation is not received, ask the staff member to check spam or confirm the email address.
