Step-by-step instructions

Open POS Terminal from the store admin when the POS app is available for your store.

Search for a product or scan a SKU/barcode if your products use scan codes.

Click a product tile to add it to the cart.
- 4
Adjust item quantities using the minus, quantity input, and plus controls.
- 5
Add discounts if needed.
- 6
Choose the payment method and complete payment.
Important notes
- POS availability can depend on the POS app and store permissions.
- POS orders are real orders in KODEEFY.
- If POS is not installed yet, install it from Integrations > Kodeefy Apps.
Common problems
- If a product cannot be added, it may be out of stock.
- If POS is not visible, install Kodeefy POS from Integrations and confirm your role has access.
