Step-by-step instructions

   Add products to the POS cart.

   Review totals and discounts.

   Choose Cash, QR Scan, or Cash + QR.

   For cash or mixed payment, enter the cash received amount.

   Review change due or remaining amount.

   Complete payment when the order is ready.

Important notes

• The POS screen calculates change due from the entered cash amount.
• Use mixed payment only when the customer pays using more than one method.

Common problems

• If Complete Payment is disabled, check the cart, payment mode, and cash received amount.
• If change looks wrong, confirm the entered cash amount.
